On October 30th 2019, at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy of Tirana, an important round table was held entitled "Connectivity to maritime transport". The meeting, aimed primarily at the discussion of the VTMIS as a pilot, in addition to the knowledge of the progress of the project, was attended by some delegates of the Ministry, from Albania and Montenegro. The VTMIS was presented by the project manager, Mrs Gega, starting from an overview of the current state of the preparatory phase. The delegation from Montenegro also presented the progress of the VTMIS on its territory. The meeting turned out to be very useful especially to the Albanian side, as Albania is currently still in the preparatory phase of this project. The aim of the round table was certainly to further strengthen and intensify communication and cooperation between the partners.
