One of the SAGOV Project partners, the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs of Montenegro, is currently negotiating with European Union two chapters related to Transport:

•    The Transport Policy
•    Trans European Transport Networks.

For Montenegro, being a front-runner in this process means also sharing best practices with other neighbouring countries.
